We understand not everyone has sought financial advice in the past. To address any worries you may have, we have put together some of the most frequently asked questions we get asked.

FAQ

  • How can I book an initial meeting?

You can either phone us on 01244 668771, email info@enrichedfs.co.uk or fill out our contact form below. You are able to bring whoever you like to the meeting if you prefer.

  • Where are meetings held?

Meetings are normally held in our St David’s Park office, which you can find full details for on our contact page. If you prefer, we can also visit you at your home or office. Since Covid-19 we have installed a full video conferencing room and we are able to offer Teams or Zoom meetings.

We are based on the first floor, however if you wish to meet on a wheel-chair accessible venue we can meet at St David’s Hotel or provide a home visit.

  • Do you have parking?

If you do come to the office, there is a free car park outside the office space.

  • Do I need to bring anything to our first meeting?

The first meeting is about chatting over where you are now and where you want to be. If you have details of existing pensions, investments, mortgages and protection policies these can be helpful, but it’s not essential as we can request this information for you.

  • Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, the initial meeting is at our expense. We won’t charge you to simply find out if we can help you. The initial meeting is a chance for us to see if we can add value to your circumstance, and for both of us to get to know each other better.

  • How long will the initial meeting last?

This all depends on what you are trying to achieve, on average an initial chat lasts between 45 minutes to an 1 hour and a half. Before the meeting we will send over our onboarding pack which includes our client agreement, service brochure and link to our online fact find document. The more information you can provide prior to the meeting will allow our advisers to focus on your objectives.
